Pengaruh Edukasi terhadap Kesiapsiagaan Bencana Tsunami pada Guru Sekolah Dasar: Studi Kuasi-Eksperimen di Kecamatan Banda Sakti, Kota Lhokseumawe

Indonesia merupakan wilayah dengan tingkat kerentanan tinggi terhadap kejadian tsunami, sehingga peningkatan kapasitas kesiapsiagaan, khususnya di sektor pendidikan, menjadi aspek yang krusial. Meskipun peristiwa tsunami Aceh tahun 2004 telah memberikan pengalaman empiris yang signifikan, kesiapsiagaan tenaga pendidik masih menunjukkan kecenderungan berada pada level yang belum memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas intervensi edukasi dalam meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan bencana tsunami pada guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Banda Sakti, Kota Lhokseumawe. Desain penelitian menggunakan kuasi-eksperimen dengan pendekatan one group pretest–posttest dan melibatkan 50 peserta yang direkrut melalui total sampling. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebelum intervensi, sebagian besar responden berada pada kategori kesiapsiagaan rendah hingga sedang. Setelah edukasi diberikan, proporsi kesiapsiagaan meningkat secara substansial, dengan mayoritas responden mencapai kategori tinggi. Hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank memperlihatkan nilai p < 0,05, yang mengindikasikan adanya perbedaan bermakna antara tingkat kesiapsiagaan sebelum dan setelah intervensi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa edukasi memiliki kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesiapsiagaan tsunami dan direkomendasikan untuk diintegrasikan dalam program penguatan kapasitas kebencanaan di lingkungan pendidikan
