Tantangan Profesionalisme Guru EFL di Daerah Pedesaan Indonesia: Integrasi TPACK dalam Konteks Keterbatasan Teknologi dan Faktor Usia

Profesionalisme guru Bahasa Inggris sebagai Bahasa Asing (EFL) di daerah pedesaan Indonesia menghadapi tantangan kompleks, terutama keterbatasan akses teknologi dan faktor usia guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan tersebut dalam kerangka Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan menganalisis 18 artikel terpilih yang relevan dengan profesionalisme guru EFL, kesenjangan digital, dan faktor demografis.. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi secara signifikan menghambat pengembangan Technological Knowledge (TK); (2) faktor usia guru, khususnya rendahnya literasi digital dan self-efficacy, memperlambat integrasi TK dengan Pedagogical Knowledge (PK); dan (3) kegagalan integrasi TPACK berdampak pada stagnasi kompetensi pedagogik dan professional guru. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi pengembangan profesional guru yang bersifat kontekstual dan terpadu, dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi struktural dan demografis guru EFL di wilayah pedesaan.
